The hotel had all the appliances for the standard apartment booking, but was dirty when we checked in. The TV was not working, and the room was damaged. Unfortunately, there was no response from the reception when we asked to fix the TV, and the air conditioning wasn't working either. Service was friendly and helpful, but they could not arrange parking for us, just said tough luck. The location was great, walking distance to everything we needed, though slightly off the street reducing noise. The dining experience was a scam, so I recommend not booking it. Overall, the rooms were great for the number of people we had to accommodate for.

The location was great, very central to everything, close to Darling Harbour and just a 5-minute walk to Central station.
